It's a scam - mostly all services are scam. I received the Nord VPN account, then I had to get an 2-FA code, which he never provided, he closed my ticket and told me no refund, because I didn't vouch. Keep in mind, I never received the full product. I made sure to tag him etc. but he just closed the ticket. Again, scam, scam, scam.
